The Curated Plate
The Curated Plate is a new four-day food festival on the Sunshine Coast from 8-11 August, featuring the best chefs from Australia and around the world. The debut program welcomes international guest chefs Raymond Blanc OBE (UK), Zaiyu Hasegawa (Japan), Monique Fiso (New Zealand) alongside Australian-based talent Peter Gilmore, Analiese Gregory, Clayton Wells, Matt Stone, Chase Kojima, Darren Robertson, Alanna Sapwell, Nelly Robinson, Troy Rhoades-Brown plus several more talented local chefs, foragers and producers.
